Reformer Pilates focuses on the mind-body connection, strengthening your core, and increasing flexibility.
The reformer bed offers a variety of workouts and motions through the resistance provided by its springs. This resistance challenges your muscles, enhancing strength, flexibility, and stability, resulting in a dynamic full-body workout.
Traditional Pilates, also known as mat Pilates, primarily uses bodyweight exercises with the goal of increasing strength and flexibility through gravity and floor exercises.
These low-impact exercises emphasise body awareness and alignment through synchronised movements and flow, targeting specific muscle groups and building core strength.
Our luxurious infrared sauna space encapsulates relaxation, rejuvenation, and detoxification. This tranquil space allows your body to eliminate environmental pollutants, burn energy, and reduce inflammation, guiding you towards your ideal state of health.

The Sweat Effect combines the free flow of movement with endurance, strength, and flexibility training, creating a holistic workout experience.

We’re Bay and CharLOTTE, the founders of Studio Sweat.
We are a vibrant sister duo passionate about fitness, health, and well-being.
With over ten years of Pilates experience between us, and certifications in both reformer and mat pilates, our goal is to build a boutique studio space that caters to individuals from every walk of life.
Bay enjoys all things high-intensity, pushing you to your limits. Her outgoing demeanour shapes the ultimate Pilates experience with her patience, precision, and ongoing support. Bay can talk underwater… but also through any flow - by the end of the session, you'll forget you're lacking leg sensation! With bachelor's degrees in both Business and Bachelor of Education, Bay’s love of teaching and entrepreneurial spirit will provide the well-balanced experience you crave.
Charlotte thrives on supporting clients to reach their highest levels of flexibility and agility. Her attention to detail will lead you through movements you never thought possible, helping you reach new physical heights.
Charlotte, who holds bachelor’s degrees in both interior ARCHITECTURE and education, has been instrumental in creating our studio's warm, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere. Her bubbly nature and big smile will distract your mind whilst she works every single muscle in your body, ensuring a high-quality workout.
